ERS partners with the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program to provide individualized career counseling and support services to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) recipients.

Our Story

ERS was founded in 2010 and was federally contracted in 2012 a as National Employment Network through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work program. ERS works hands-on with eligible ticketholders in all 50 states to develop a personalized pathway to financial independence. Since 2010, ERS has continued to expand the services and supports offered to its diverse talent pool while also increasing the number of individuals receiving personalized support. In 2018 ERS began the process of becoming an Administrative Employment Network and was officially contracted in February of 2019 to operate an Administrative Employment Network. The continued growth and success of ERS allows us to work directly with employers to connect our talent with available opportunities in their area.
